TPA is a privately-held British Columbia company that offers independent consulting for local, regional, provincial and First Nation governments on a wide range of fire service and emergency management issues including governance and policy reviews, fire master plans, strategic plans, feasibility studies, fire service reviews, fire hall location studies, organizational and operational reviews, quality assurance reviews, community risk assessments, First Nation engagement, administrative support needs, senior staff recruitment, training programs, and emergency management governance and issues related to emergency communications systems.
